Simply Made on Moloka'i

This simple blend of Aloha Shoyu, vinegar & locally grown hawaiian chili peppers is a favorite condiment, made by wife & husband, Nani & Mike Kahinu from Kalamaula, Molokai.

Use it as a dipping sauce for sashimi, steak, lumpia, crispy roast pork or green mango. Drizzle it over rice, saimin, steamed or fried fish, lau lau, kalua pig & grilled opihi. Use it as a chaser with your favorite drink.

Try it with your favorite food or take it with you since it needs no refrigeration after opening. Available in two heats, Original for those who like that bite of vinegar and little bit of heat and Hot for those who like it spicy.

A little Na’ike History

Na’ike Shoyu was created by Mike and Nani Kahinu from Kalamaula, Molokai over a decade ago.

In the earlier part of 2016, we were greatly encouraged by family and friends to have our sauce tested to see how it would fare out for retail. We were pleased with the results as our sauce needs no refrigeration upon bottling and after opening. This enticed us to add Na’ike Shoyu as another service to our Na’ike LLC business.

We purchase all our bottles and caps except for one size from Aloha Bottling Company in Oahu. Because of the diversity of our bottle sizes we print our own waterproof labels at home & bottle the sauce by hand.

We truly appreciate & value all the support from our farmers and customers!

Wonder how we got the name Na’ike? It is a blend of our names, Nani & Mike.
