Refund policy
Mahalo for your purchase, although we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, we are not perfect. We will only accept returns for items un-opened and in re-sellable condition. Returning shipping charges are customer's responsibility, and upon return a refund, less 4% will be issued in original form of payment. If order arrives damaged please follow carrier's policy procedure and advise us of the damage. USPS has been most difficult in getting customers refund, only when the customer initiates it, will USPS be more empathetic.
